This section explains what accommodation is available and how to book it. Our recommendation
is for members to book online using the
Infotel website which contains extensive details on each hotel and offers real-time
availability checks and confirmations.

before proceeding to make your booking. This will ensure that you book the most suitable
hotel for your needs and that you understand the conditions that apply in relation
to deposits, cancellations, payments, etc.
Much of this information can also be found in our accommodation brochure which is targeted
at those who are unable to book online. You can download the brochure in PDF form, in
either US letter or UK A4
print format. (Note: each file is approximately 700 KB to download).
Latest News on Available Accommodation 
In addition to the contractual room blocks (marked in orange on the
Infotel web page),
we've made arrangements with Infotel to allow bookings directly to
hotels where we don't hold room blocks. These will go directly to the
hotels' online booking systems, and will get the best rate available at the
time of booking. These bookings are marked in green on the Infotel page,
and should be available after all of the convention blocked rooms are
full. There are a wide variety of hotels, both in price, and location,
available for these bookings.
Note that there may be other rooms available at hotels without electronic
booking capability, but which may be able to be booked through
Infotel. Contact Infotel via email at
