This page contains a full list of our members (apart from those who have asked to be excluded from our web listing, of course). This is the final, published on 18th October 2005, and includes all walk-ins and transfers up to and including the convention itself.
Membership Search
You can search our membership list using the search box below. The online database lists the following information for every member in our list, excluding those who specified "exclude from website listing" on their membership form. The online list currently contains 4,783 entries in total. (over 200 further people have asked to be excluded from the list).
Note that we have listed people under their badge names (where specified) rather than their given names. The search value you enter will be matched against every field in the database. So you could enter "UK" to list all members from the UK, or "Adam" to find everyone whose first name or surname is Adam. The search is not case sensitive. Note also that it matches the whole of your input string against each field one at a time, so you cannot enter "FRED USA" to find everyone called FRED who joined in the USA. Note especially that you cannot search for your first name and surname at the same time as these fields are stored separately in our database. So to look up "Joe Phan", you need to search on "Joe" or "Phan". If you search for "Joe Phan" the system will not be able to find you. The region and country search will help you to find other members coming from your area - ever wondered how many fans are coming from California (search on "CA") compared to New York (enter "NY") ? The search also supports wildcards at the start and end of the search string, using the asterisk (*) character. So for instance searching for "Do*" will retrieve both "Docherty" and "Dougherty", and "*ris" will retrieve both "Morris" and "Harris". You can combine leading and training wildcards too, e.g. "*och*". Using just "*" on its own will retrieve the entire database. If you think you should be in the list, but can't find yourself with an exact search on your name, try a wildcard match or a more general search. For instance if we have made a typographical error and entered "McMurray" as "McMorray" you may find yourself by searching for "Mc*". If you still cannot find yourself, then bear in mind that we are listing under Badge Names, and that people who asked to be excluded from the website listing are not shown here. If none of these apply to you, and we have made a mistake in your details or status, please mail our membership department at memberships@interaction.worldcon.org.uk and let us know.
